• How do the offsite events work?

We bring the party to you. Wood & Wick Co. is a mobile business that delivers Candle Making Parties, Soap Making, Diffuser & more, to residential & commercial locations. Just email us with at hello@woodandwickco.com with your desired date & time.


•  How long are the Events?

The experience will last anywhere between 45 mins-to 1 hour. Additionally approximately 45 minutes for the candle to cure, which will allow the candle to set enough to take home. Typically an event can run anywhere from 2 to 3 hours depending on the paste the class is going.


•  Is the Experience kid friendly?

Yes! We welcome all ages! For kids under 5 we do ask for a parents supervision.


•  What is your Event Rescheduling Policy?

We get it, life happens. If you request to have your event rescheduled, a 72 hours notice is required before the time of your event to avoid loss of deposit.


•  What is your Event Cancellation Policy?

We are committed to providing excellent service to you and your quests. Wood & Wick Co. has a very strict cancellation policy as we usually run a few months booked in advance, since we only host one event a day to ensure quality in service.


•  What kind of wicks do you use?

We use Eco-friendly, clean burning, wooden wicks from FSC Certified Wood, hand-crafted + made in the USA.


•  Ingredients:  

Each of our candles is carefully hand-crafted using high-quality ingredients, including 100% natural coconut soy wax and fragrances.


•  What are Crystal add-ons?

Our Crystal-Infused Candles combine healing energy with yummy luxurious scents. Choose different types of crystals, from quartz to amethyst to citrine, and they will fill your home with a unique form of energy. Your crystals can withstand extreme levels of heat and have been kept safely cocooned in your wax. Once you have reached the end of your candle, remove your crystals with caution and gently rinse them under warm water to melt away any remaining wax.


•  How long does it take to get an online order processed?

Our processing times average between 2-4 business days, and up to 5 during any holiday period. Once an order is ready to ship, confirmation emails containing tracking information are immediately sent. We ask to allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

•  Do you accept returns? 

We want to provide you with the best experience possible, so we take customer satisfaction very seriously. At this time, we cannot accept returns, however we will always strive to ensure the satisfaction of our beloved customers. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily refund or replace the item as quickly as possible. If your item is damaged, please provide us with an image of the broken item by emailing us at hello@woodandwickco.com


•  Important shipping information:

Wood & Wick Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once a package is picked up and scanned by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing packages, stolen packages, deliveries to be held for pickup, or for address change requests.


•  What is the soap made with and what are the benefits?
Our soaps are made out of Goat’s Milk base. Naturally high in vitamins (including nourishing vitamin E), minerals, and healthy fats. Pour is vegetable based, good foaming action, neutral odor, excellent moisturizing properties, creamy, smooth texture. There are numerous skin benefits with using goat milk, including exceptional moisturizing properties, absorption capacity, and exfoliating power through alpha-hydroxy acids.
